Marissa T., LMT

Marissa approaches each session with deep care and sacred intention - she has a heartfelt commitment to the transformational capacity of touch. She views massage and bodywork as a whole system treatment, feeling honored to be a part of each clients’ path to healing.
Marissa has been a licensed massage therapist since 2019 and a certified watsu (aquatic bodywork) practitioner since 2021. Having spent the past few years honing her craft in the water, Marissa brings flow, tenderness and energetic sensitivity to her table massages. she also incorporates elements from reiki, forearm fusion, point work and Swedish massage. additional modalities are coming as she continues to expand her understanding of the human body.
in addition to bodywork, Marissa is forever a student of nature and plant medicine. she has helped to steward land at a small local farm since 2017 where she now works with herbal farming and medicine making. from 2023-2024 she studied at the Colorado school of clinical herbalism and is now in the beginning stages of her work as a flower essence practitioner and vitalist herbalist focusing on emotional health.
Marissa is also working to finish a bachelor’s degree in psychology and has a passion for textile art, live music and of course, nature. her long-term goal is to offer blended sessions to clients incorporating plant medicine, bodywork, ceremony and counselling.
