Jillian Lee, LMT
Jillian has had an enduring passion for helping others. She gained interest in the sports medicine setting as a student-athlete, she was intrigued that whenever players got hurt there was someone running to their aid. After completing different internship opportunities, she decided to fulfill this passion and purpose by becoming a certified Athletic Trainer. Prior to beginning her massage therapy journey, she held the position of the Head Athletic Trainer at New Town High School in Baltimore, MD. There, she honed her skills in Athletic Training, while developing relationships with student-athletes, parents, coaching staffs and other healthcare professionals.
With an on-going desire to expand her training, Jillian decided to explore the field of Massage Therapy. She is a recent graduate of the Wellness Institute of Chester County. Jillian is also an alumni of Texas Tech University and The Lincoln University of PA. Jillian graduated at the top of her classes and always received high commendations.
Jillian loves seeing her student-athlete’s journey toward healing and looks forward to being a part of the recovery process with her future clientele. Her notable strengths include her ability to listen to her client’s needs, create effective healing strategies, treatments and plans, while assisting them in achieving their goals of optimum health and lifestyles.
Jillian’s sessions begin with light pressure, gradually increasing pressure to work deeply to affect underlying muscle tissue to achieve the desired pressure of each client. Jillian's techniques help ease chronic muscle disfunction.
